Leveraging self‑developed core technologies, we have realized the industrialization of multiple key equipment. Our main products include process‑gas twin‑screw compressor systems, twin‑screw steam compressor heat‑pump systems, and multi‑phase transportation twin‑screw rotor pump systems. Our turn‑key integrated solutions are applicable to working conditions across petroleum, refining & petrochemical, chemical, environmental water treatment, iron and steel and other industries. The company has obtained supplier qualification for large central state‑owned enterprises such as PetroChina, Sinopec and CNOOC.

In its early days, the enterprise focused on screw‑type mechanical processing and manufacturing. With years of in‑depth industry experience, the business transformation and upgrading was launched in 2016. We have expanded from single screw processing into a comprehensive service provider integrating special‑purpose equipment manufacturing, complete‑set equipment supply and customized energy‑saving solution delivery. Our business centers on energy‑saving, environmental‑friendly and low‑carbon industrial equipment as well as supporting processes.

We maintain regular industry‑university‑research technical exchanges with platforms such as the Distillation Center and Crystallization Center of Tianjin University, the National‑Local Joint Laboratory for Chemical Process Integrated Energy‑saving and Resource Utilization of Hebei University of Technology, and the Desalination Research Institute of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Growth History

Lüye has many years of in‑depth experience in screw machinery and industrial energy‑saving equipment. Having transformed from a simple component processor and manufacturer into an integrated service provider for independent R&D and production of special‑purpose equipment plus complete‑set process development, the company is now capable of delivering complete solutions for process‑integrated energy conservation and resource‑oriented utilization of industrial waste heat.

Our self‑developed complete‑set equipment and supporting process packages have been applied in numerous industrial projects. Customized solutions can be tailored to the actual working conditions of each project, helping partner enterprises optimize production energy consumption and improve resource recovery efficiency.

Initial Start‑up Phase

Production premises were upgraded by relocating from a small processing workshop to standardized manufacturing facilities, consolidating the basic production capacity for screw machinery processing.

Technology Accumulation Phase

Rotor processing equipment was introduced. In‑house design of screw rotor profiles was carried out, and assignments for domestic supporting component supply were undertaken.

Product Finalization Phase

Special‑purpose projects of multi‑purpose mixed‑transport pumps were undertaken for large domestic energy enterprises. Relevant equipment was put into service in domestic oilfields. The multi‑phase transportation twin‑screw rotor pump system was finalized and put into mass production.

Strategic Transformation Phase

Focus was placed on developing technologies for process integration and recovery & reuse of industrial waste heat. Twin‑screw steam compressors were prototyped and deployed at industrial sites. Commercialization of high‑temperature and high‑pressure twin‑screw steam compressors was achieved. The twin‑screw steam compressor heat‑pump system has been applied under multiple working conditions. Comprehensive waste‑heat recovery and utilization technology constitutes one of the company’s key development priorities.

Market Expansion Phase

The dry‑type oil‑free twin‑screw compressor unit with proprietary core intellectual property rights was prototyped, marking the first export of such equipment to Central Asia. Serialized and standardized development of the dry‑type oil‑free twin‑screw compressor system was completed. A diversified product line of process‑gas compressors suitable for medium‑and‑small gas‑flow conditions was established. Energy‑saving and low‑carbon technologies represent another key priority for the enterprise.

Future Outlook

We will continue to devote ourselves to industrial energy conservation and resource recycling, iterating and optimizing equipment and supporting process technologies, and expanding cooperation on industrial energy‑saving projects both at home and abroad.

Production and Inspection

The company’s headquarters is equipped with standardized production workshops and multiple precision core processing equipment including screw rotor‑processing machine tools. A standardized segmented quality‑control and inspection system has been established, together with dedicated factory test platforms and test benches. Complete‑machine factory performance tests can be carried out by simulating on‑site working conditions, and equipment factory inspection is implemented in strict accordance with established standards. Meanwhile, a production base is located in Changshu, Suzhou, capable of processing and assembling small‑sized unit sets. It enables rapid response to equipment delivery and service demands from customers in southern China.

Service Management

A dedicated technical service team has been assembled to provide full‑process supporting services for projects, including pre‑sales site condition survey, customized solution design and technical parameter calculation; one‑on‑one technical coordination during production and delivery; and after‑sales services such as equipment installation guidance, regular maintenance, as well as equipment performance upgrading and retrofitting. Our service network covers major domestic industrial agglomeration areas. Meanwhile, we are gradually building overseas operation and maintenance service channels for projects in the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia and Southeast Asia.
