"LvYe" is a high-tech enterprise integrating collaborative innovation across "production, education, and research." Specializing in the customized development of non-standard equipment and the integration of advanced technical packages, our core focus lies in process energy efficiency integration, comprehensive waste heat recovery, and resource utilization. Leveraging the profound academic expertise of research institutions such as Tianjin University and Hebei University of Technology, we have built a solid R&D foundation. We have accumulated over 30 independent intellectual property patents (including invention and utility model patents) and established a research institute dedicated to process waste heat energy-saving and resource utilization technologies. Our products primarily serve the petroleum, refining, and chemical industries, with years of deep expertise in the fine chemical sector.

Based on proprietary core R&D capabilities and technology, "LvYe" has successfully developed and industrialized a series of key equipment, including process gas twin-screw compressor systems, twin-screw steam compressor heat pump systems, and twin-helix multiphase transfer rotor pump systems. These system solutions are widely applied in industries such as petroleum, refining, chemicals, environmental water treatment, and steel. We are a qualified Class-1 supplier for major petrochemical giants like CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and Shenghong Petrochemical. We have been honored with titles such as "Innovative Enterprise" by Tianjin Municipality, as well as "High-tech Enterprise" and "Innovative SME," and have passed multiple authoritative system certifications. Our technical R&D team consists of over 20 multidisciplinary professionals led by 3 PhDs and 4 Master's graduates. This team, blending experience with youthful vitality, demonstrates a proactive spirit and is characterized by its specialization and technical proficiency. The team has developed multiple processes for bromine and lithium salt extraction, crystallization, crystal form control, and resource utilization, achieving engineering industrialization in numerous domestic projects. Notably, in the synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) industry, our solutions have successfully delivered significant economic benefits to our clients.

Growth History

Over a journey of more than 20 years filled with challenges and opportunities, "LvYe" has successfully transformed from a single-equipment manufacturer into a comprehensive solution provider integrating professional equipment development with process engineering. In recent years, we have become a key player in the fields of process integration energy efficiency and comprehensive resource utilization. We have accumulated over 30 engineering project references in waste heat utilization and energy conservation, with our technologies and solutions widely recognized by the industry. Clients utilizing "LvYe" process packages and equipment have achieved significant economic and social benefits, reflecting the value and pursuit of our technical team through our continuous efforts and exploration.

Throughout our 20-plus years of journey, we have experienced failures and successes, missed opportunities and reaped rewards.

2003-2007: The Founding Era. Starting from the very basics, we worked hard to build a solid foundation in technology and production.

2008-2013: Forging Ahead. From processing rotors with our first rotor milling machine to developing our proprietary profile designs, we undertook domestic R&D tasks for military projects.

2016-2019: Deep Cultivation. We undertook the R&D of special-purpose multiphase transfer pumps for CNPC, achieving a major breakthrough in domestic oilfield applications. Our twin-helix multiphase transfer rotor pump system was officially finalized and entered volume production.

2020-2024: Transformation & Innovation. We focused our R&D on process integration and waste heat recovery. Since the first twin-screw steam compressor was applied on-site in 2018, we pioneered practical applications of high-temperature and high-pressure twin-screw steam compressors in China, becoming a key enterprise in waste heat and secondary steam recovery. As a professional manufacturer, we focused on R&D for small-capacity process gas compressors and established waste heat recovery technology as our core development direction.

2025 and Beyond: Striving for Excellence. Our dry oil-free twin-screw compressor units, developed with fully independent intellectual property rights, have been successfully applied in overseas markets, marking the debut of our proprietary key equipment in Central Asia. The system has been finalized for serialized and standardized production, establishing us as a major manufacturer of small-capacity process gas compressors in China. We have established energy-saving technology as the "core" of our company. Meanwhile, we continue to optimize thermal crystallization and crystal form control processes, exploring deep integration technologies for high-difficulty waste liquid resource recovery. "Deeper, Further, and More Challenging" remains the relentless pursuit of our technical team.

Core Technologies and Products
Production and Inspection

The company currently has a production workshop of approximately 10000 square meters, equipped with key core processing equipment including multiple imported and domestic screw rotor milling machines, rotor grinders, etc. The rotor processing diameter can reach 650mm, and it has complete supporting processing and testing equipment, including large-scale rotor dynamic balancing instruments, rotor meshing instruments, rotor forming milling cutter detectors, coordinate measuring instruments, and multiple sets of machine tools such as four axis machining centers CNC. At the same time, a comprehensive full process inspection system has been established, and a testing platform and physical and chemical inspection laboratory have been built for mechanical and performance factory testing. Before the product leaves the factory, it can be tested under simulated actual working conditions to ensure that the product quality and performance meet the design and on-site working conditions requirements.

Service Management

To serve our users and the market better, faster, and more professionally, we have established a high-caliber technical service team and launched a 24-hour user service hotline. Our services cover a wide spectrum, including pre-sales technical support, in-sales technical service, and after-sales product upgrades and maintenance. We help clients formulate asset performance enhancement plans, ensure intelligent supply chain security, and provide guidance for full-scenario application enablement. Our service team consists of professionals from various disciplines, including electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and complete sets of equipment. We provide comprehensive "butler-style" service, focusing on solving on-site application issues and meeting iteration upgrade needs. Our product and service footprint continues to expand; we have established offices in key domestic customer regions with resident technical staff, and have extended our reach to the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, Southeast Asia, and other regions.
