“LvYe”" is a national high-tech enterprise integrating collaborative innovation in "production, education, and research." Specializing in customized development of non-standard equipment and integrated advanced technical packages, its core business focuses on process energy-saving integration, comprehensive waste heat recycling, and resource utilization. Leveraging the profound academic expertise of research institutions such as Tianjin University and Hebei University of Technology, we have established a robust R&D foundation, accumulating over 30 independent intellectual property patents and participating in the establishment of a research institute dedicated to process waste heat energy-saving and resource utilization technologies. Our products primarily serve industries including petroleum, petrochemicals, and chemicals, with years of specialized expertise in the fine chemical sector.

Leveraging its proprietary core R&D capabilities and technologies, "LvYe" has successfully developed and industrialized a series of key equipment, including the process gas twin-screw compressor system, twin-screw steam compressor heat pump system, and twin-spiral multiphase transfer rotor pump system. These system solutions have been widely applied in industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, chemicals, environmental water treatment, and steel, serving as a primary supplier for major petrochemical and chemical enterprises like CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and Shenghong Petrochemical. The company has been honored with titles such as "Innovative Enterprise" awarded by Tianjin, as well as certifications including "National High-Tech Enterprise" and "National Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprise," and has passed multiple authoritative system certifications. The R&D team consists of over 20 multidisciplinary professionals led by three PhDs and four master's graduates, forming a team that combines experienced, mid-career, and young members, demonstrating a proactive spirit and dynamism, with characteristics of youthfulness, specialization, and technical proficiency. The technical team has developed multiple processes for bromine and lithium salt extraction, crystallization, crystal form control, and resource utilization, achieving engineering industrialization in numerous domestic projects. Particularly in the synthetic active pharmaceutical ingredient industry, these applications have delivered substantial economic benefits to users.

Growth History

After over two decades of development filled with challenges and opportunities, "Green Industry" has successfully transformed from a single equipment manufacturing business into a comprehensive solution provider integrating specialized equipment R&D and process development. In recent years, it has emerged as a leader in the field of process integration for energy conservation and resource recycling. In the area of waste heat utilization and energy-saving emission reduction, the process packages and equipment combinations developed by "Green Industry" have been successfully applied in over 30 projects. These adopting units have achieved significant economic and social benefits by utilizing "Green Industry's" process packages and equipment, demonstrating the value and pursuit of our technical team through our efforts and exploration. Over the more than 20 years of our journey through trials and triumphs, we have experienced both failures and successes, missed opportunities and achieved gains.

From its inception in 2003-2007, the company started from scratch, working step by step from the most basic tasks to lay a solid foundation in technology and production;

From 2008 to 2013, we pressed forward with unwavering determination, weathering all storms. The first rotor milling machine began processing rotors, followed by the development of proprietary profile design. We also undertook the domestication R&D task for a military project;

From 2016 to 2019, we focused on intensive planting and accumulated strength for future development. We undertook the project of developing special-purpose multipurpose mixed transfer pumps for CNPC, achieving significant breakthroughs in domestic oilfield applications, and officially finalized the quantitative production of the twin-spiral multiphase mixed transfer rotor pump system;

From 2020 to 2024, we pursued transformation and innovation with relentless efforts. We began focusing on research and development in the fields of process integration and waste heat recovery and reuse. Since the first twin-screw steam compressor was developed and deployed in 2018, we pioneered practical applications of high-temperature, high-pressure twin-screw steam compressors in China, becoming a trailblazer and pioneer in the recovery and reuse of waste heat steam and secondary steam. As one of the leading manufacturers of twin-screw steam compressors in China, the twin-screw steam compressor heat pump system has become our core product. We have identified waste heat recovery and comprehensive utilization technology as the primary R&D direction in our 20-year development plan;

2025-----Striving Forward with Diligence, Pursuing Excellence. Through the R&D of fully proprietary intellectual property dry oil-free twin-screw compressor units and their successful application in overseas markets, we have also taken key equipment with complete independent intellectual property out of the country to serve the Central Asian market. The dry oil-free twin-screw compressor system has been finalized and is now undergoing series and standardized development, becoming a leading domestic manufacturer of small-capacity process gas compressors. Energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies have been established as the company's core "heart" technology. Continuous improvement and optimization of thermal crystallization and crystal form control processes, along with further exploration into advanced waste liquid resource integration technologies, represent the relentless pursuit of our technical team—going deeper, farther, and tackling greater challenges,

Core Technologies and Products
Production and Inspection

The company currently has a production workshop of approximately 10000 square meters, equipped with key core processing equipment including multiple imported and domestic screw rotor milling machines, rotor grinders, etc. The rotor processing diameter can reach 650mm, and it has complete supporting processing and testing equipment, including large-scale rotor dynamic balancing instruments, rotor meshing instruments, rotor forming milling cutter detectors, coordinate measuring instruments, and multiple sets of machine tools such as four axis machining centers CNC. At the same time, a comprehensive full process inspection system has been established, and a testing platform and physical and chemical inspection laboratory have been built for mechanical and performance factory testing. Before the product leaves the factory, it can be tested under simulated actual working conditions to ensure that the product quality and performance meet the design and on-site working conditions requirements.

Service Management

To better, faster, and more professionally serve users and the market, we have established a high-level, highly qualified professional technical service team. We have set up a 24-hour successful user hotline, with services covering pre-sales technical support, in-sales technical services, and post-sales product upgrades, maintenance, and care. We develop asset efficiency improvement plans for our customers, ensuring smart supply chain support, and providing guidelines for empowering customers' full-scenario applications. The service team consists of professionals in electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, and complete system fields, offering comprehensive 'butler-style' service, focusing on resolving users' on-site applications and iterative upgrades. Our product service scope is continuously expanding; we have currently established offices in key domestic customer regions with specialized technical staff stationed locally, and have extended to multiple countries and regions, including the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, and Southeast Asia.
